I’m a dedicated Childcare Practitioner and Sleep Consultant with a deep belief in the power of sleep to transform family life. Over the years, I’ve supported families through everything from newborn sleep challenges to toddler transitions, and I’ve seen how a well-rested child can bring calm and joy to an entire household. My love for sleep science truly began when I worked with one of my first families—completely exhausted and overwhelmed, they were struggling to get their little one to sleep. Together, we created a consistent sleep plan, and slowly things began to improve—their child started sleeping better, the home became more peaceful, and that transformation stayed with me.

In my Childcare career, I’ve also had the privilege of helping parents navigate the return to work, an emotionally loaded transition families face. Concerns around sleep in new environments, changes in routine, and settling in with new caregivers, this was leaving the parents feeling anxious, apprehensive and overall overwhelmed, these are all common and with my background in both sleep and early childhood care, I offer practical, responsive support to guide families through with confidence. I use evidence-based strategies to create sleep routines that work both at home and in childcare, helping children feel secure and adaptable while giving parents peace of mind. My approach is grounded in expertise but led with empathy, patience, and real-life understanding.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family (especially as the fun auntie to my three gorgeous nieces!), walking by the beach, trying out new recipes, and reading a good romance novel. After living and working in Ireland for six months on my own, I also value taking time for myself—something I gently encourage the families I support to do as well.
